Global Sourcing

Benefit from our global sourcing - the cost-effective procurement of raw materials and semi-finished products through to the production of simpler parts and components at our long-standing partner companies in Northern Italy, Eastern Europe and China with our own on-site quality assurance.

• Supply Chain Management
  Our supply chain management encompasses all our locations in Switzerland with the aim of demand- and cost-optimised group procurement.
• Long-standing supplier network in Italy and Eastern Europe
  Our manufacturing partners in Italy, Slovenia, Poland and the Czech Republic produce less demanding parts and components according to our requirements and specifications.
• Own sourcing hub in Shanghai (China)
  For more than 10 years we have been operating a sourcing hub in China with our own skilled personnel on site. The tasks of the sourcing hub are quality assurance and monitoring at our suppliers, order management on site and the evaluation of new suppliers for special requirements.

  e.g. processing of frame-orders with minimum stocking of a delivery batch for delivery within a few days.

  e.g. shuttle packaging that prevents damage during production, during transport and in the assembly line.

  e.g. daily ship-to-line delivery directly to the customer's production line.
