Materials

Metal competencies – ESTECH Industries is specialised in processing a wide range of metallic materials.

Know-how

The initial materials which we process include forged and cast parts, round and hollow profile rods as well as rolled products, plates and cut sheet-metal.

  • Non-alloyed structural steels
    For steel construction and mechanical engineering, for example S235JR+AR (1.0036 St-37-2) / S355J2G3 (1.0570 St-52-3)
  • Nitrided, case hardened and tempered steels
For tool and die construction - Ductile on the inside and hard on the outside for high strength, for example 1.5752, 1.6582, 1.8550
  • Tool steels
Cold work steels - plastic mould steels - hot work steels – high speed steels, for example 1.2436, 1.2343, 1.3343
  • Rust, acid and heat-resistant stainless steels
for use in the areas of foodstuffs, life science or design, for example: 1.4307 / 1.4404 / 1.4462 / 1.4828
  • Nickel-based alloys
    For outstanding corrosion and high-temperature resistance, for example: 2.4602 (Alloy 22) / 2.4610 (Alloy C4) / 2.4819 (Alloy C276)
  • Aluminium alloys
Versatile usage in machine and motor vehicle construction as well as the aero-space industry; for example: EN AW 6082, EN-AW 6023, Special alloys for the aviation industry.
  • Titanium and titanium alloys
For medical technology and special industrial applications.
  • Powder-metallurgical steels (PM steels)
for enhanced requirements for mechanical properties for tool steels; for example M390 MC
  • Wear-resistant steels
To withstand the highest stresses in delivery systems, construction machinery, dump truck beds or tunnel construction, for example: 450 HBW / 500 HBW

MATERIAL CERTIFICATES

Acceptance test certificates acc. to EN 10204/3.1 or 3.2. Test requirements acc. to PED 2014/68/EU and AD-2000.
