Welded assemblies

In-house milled and turned parts combined with sheet metal parts are assembled into sub-assemblies with the highest precision.

COMPETENCE

The production of complex assemblies in steel, stainless steel, aluminium as well as special materials such as duplex or nickel-based alloys or mixed compounds is possible from filigree products up to a unit weight of 10 tonnes.

Our welding team consists of 15 experienced, certified specialists. We also have our own welding engineers and welding specialists.

Due to the consistent spatial separation of construction and stainless steel, we can even process assemblies for medical, laboratory or food technology.

As a full-range supplier, we know how to implement the customer's wishes in such a way that a product is delivered ready for use, tested and ready to use.

Assembly of ready-to-install subassemblies: By combining this with our CNC manufacturing, painting and project purchasing, we are able to produce and assemble complex assemblies.

Mechanical assemblies can be optimally produced by us. The project purchasing department coordinates the procurement of purchased and standard parts with our customers. In case of problems, we can react quickly to customer requests through our production.
