High precision and fineness: the grinding process allows the surface roughness to be decisively minimised. Whether round or flat parts: we have the know-how and the machines.

Wire and die sinking EDM / CYLINDER HONING / LAPPING

Special geometries or the highest surface requirements require these manufacturing processes.

Know-how

Wire and die sinking EDM of small and medium-sized workpieces in conductive materials such as steel, special steels or nickel-based alloys as well as aluminium alloys. Initial hole EDM (in connection with wire EDM) is also possible.

The advantage of honing is that the workpiece does not have to rotate (unlike cylindrical grinding).

During honing, an average roughness Ra of up to 0.2 μm can be achieved. This makes it possible to achieve very demanding tolerance values.

Small or large series, or single parts for complex structures.

Our large machine park includes various erosion, lapping and honing machines. For special applications, we work with selected partner companies.

Professional and durable marking is a prerequisite for simple component identification and full traceability. For a minimisation of administrative tasks and full transparency.

Each of our production sites has modern and variously programmable laser engraving machines. In accordance with our customers' requirements, the marking is carried out. Combinations of numbers and letters up to logos and graphics are possible.
